1. Who we are

TradeSelect Group, its ABN, registered address, and contact details.

2. Your subscription

  • What each plan includes, and that scans are unlimited on all tiers.
  • Seat limits, and what happens when an organisation exceeds them.
  • Monthly and annual billing terms, and how annual pricing is applied.

3. Prices, GST and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and are shown both excluding and including 10% GST before purchase.
  • Payment is collected by Stripe; card details are never held by us.
  • When renewals are charged and how price changes are notified.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • How to cancel, and that access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Refund position, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your data

  • Ownership of scans, photos and reports.
  • Retention periods by plan, and the deletion window after cancellation.
  • Export rights.

6. Acceptable use, liability and governing law

Acceptable use, limitation of liability, and the governing jurisdiction within Australia.
